Lunch today |
I thought I would like to share some dish to everyone since I work in the restaurant and always like to create some meal different than what we sell.
Today lunch was egg noodle and bean spout stir fried with curry peanut sauce (which is mild spicy) cook with shrimp and yellow onion. It is one of the comfort food, sweet and savory with the hint of kaffir leave aroma to bright the dish. It is very satify.

The New Hunan
finally we are just about to move from the old location to the new location from the photos you could see the current one is at the far left and the new one is at the far right, we are so happy. The renovation now take over a year and soon it will come true.
Watermelon and Mango Moose Cake
This is the cake that I create for my sister's birthday which I try to come up with some new idea. I baked mike cake ( the recipe is from my sister in Thailand) and after that I made the mango moose for the bottom layer and chilled it for any hours then I make the watermelon moose for the top layer and chilled it again, after the moose were set I garnished it with watermelon ball and strawberry and vanish them with cooked arrow root flour.
