I have been executing a variety of international cuisines with a concentration on Asian dishes. I created exotic flavors by infusing fresh herbs and experiment various sauce infusions.

Watermelon and Mango Moose Cake
This is the cake that I create for my sister's birthday which I try to come up with some new idea. I baked mike cake ( the recipe is from my sister in Thailand) and after that I made the mango moose for the bottom layer and chilled it for any hours then I make the watermelon moose for the top layer and chilled it again, after the moose were set I garnished it with watermelon ball and strawberry and vanish them with cooked arrow root flour.
