yesterday meal

Sockeye Salmon with Honey Lemon Grass Glaze
I went to the grocery and just thought to pick something for dinner but when I came across the beautiful salmon my inspiration start to cook in my head so have to get this salmon and cook them as my artistic ability can do. I have some live lemon grass in my garden and have some honey in my pantry so I infused the lemon grass stalks in soy sauce, lime juice and garlic for about 15 minutes then mixed them with honey till they combined, a little sea salt and black pepper for taste serve with sushi rice and fresh grape tomato  and sugar snap peas glaze with the sauce.
